Global Blue appoints online editor (Chinese)
Manqing Li has been appointed online editor (Chinese) of Global Blue, the tourism shopping tax refund company. Manqing is interested in receiving news across luxury fashion, jewellery and watches, as well as offers and discounts - anything catering to Chinese tourists from British retailers and brands. Kirsty Welsh continues in her role as online managing editor (English).
