Our 4-day Showroom Event is conveniently located directly behind Harrods in Knightsbridge on Basil Street.  The showroom is strategically positioned to attract key accounts such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Fenwicks, Figleaves, etc. 

Our Showroom Event includes:

Showroom space for 4 days

-Allocated space: 6sqm

-Brand Name on your rail 

-2 hanging rails: 1.8m, 1m and 1.6m high

-Table and chairs

-You can include roll-up banners, mannequins, etc

-You CAN NOT attach anything to the walls

-4 Agency models for presentation/catwalk for buyers and press

-Hair/make-up stylist for models

-Professional photo-shoot of the models wearing your garments during presentation/catwalk

-Goody bags for buyers and press

-We run pre-showroom sales campaign to schedule appointments (1 month prior to showroom event)

-Post-showroom follow-up campaigns for buyers and press (1 month proceeding showroom event)

-Your brand is included in press releases sent to 2,000 press contacts pre and post event

Models, dressers, make-up artists, hair stylists and photographers are all included.  All participating brands will receive professional imagery of their garments on agency models.

The event invitation will be sent out to an extensive list of buyers and press.

Buyer contacts include: department stores, chain stores, online shops, independent boutiques and sales representatives.

Press contacts include: glossy magazines, newspapers, stylists, high profile fashion bloggers and trade press.


MARKETING CAMPAIGNS:

We run marketing campaigns for your brand that target buyers and press, with the intention to build your presence and win new accounts (orders). 
  



These campaigns include: calls/emails to buyers, press and sales representatives.  We invite our extensive network to view your collections in the showroom.   


We also promote your brand on our social media platforms - social media handle: PrestigeCatwalk

Our objective is to schedule appointments with department stores, chain stores, online shops, independent ‎boutiques and sales representatives.  In addition, we will also invite to glossy magazines, newspapers, blogs and trade press to view your collections.  However, the showroom is primarily used for introducing your collections to buyers and taking orders.  


An example of a few important buyers for the UK market that we have worked with include: Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols, Figleaves, Net-a-Porter, ASOS, Fenwicks, Matches Fashion, Coggles, MyBag, etc.


Post-appointment follow-up includes emails with your look book or catalogues and linesheets, etc.  Our aim is to build a sales pipeline and to confirm orders.  The sales pipeline and updates are shared with you via Dropbox.
