Now magazine appoints executive editor

Time Inc. UK has today announced the appointment of Hannah Fernando to the new role of executive editor of its celebrity and style weekly Now magazine, commencing her new role on 2 November. Hannah will join from Heat magazine, where she was associate editor and most recently held the post of acting editor. Hannah is renowned within the world of celebrity journalism, where she has earned a reputation for breaking major showbiz exclusives. Hannah has also worked at Daily Express, News of the World, and she is also a regular face on TV, where she has been a host and commentator on programmes ranging from Sky News to The Xtra Factor. Hannah has also ghost-written several books, including Peter Andre: My Story. There will be no one replacing Hannah's role at Heat magazine.
